Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging whenever possible.
Free from damage, stains, odors, scratches, or signs of misuse.
Returned with all accessories, parts, and included materials.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
Personalized or customized products.
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Products returned without prior approval from our customer support team.

How to Start a Return

A brief explanation of your return request.
Photos of the product, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us verify the issue. If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is caused by an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Specsy.store is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved and processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
